Data Deletion Instructions
Aviyar respects your right to request deletion of personal data we process on behalf of a business customer or as a business user of our platform.
Who can request deletion
- End users who interacted with a business via connected messaging channels
- Authorized representatives of a business workspace on Aviyar
- Meta users exercising data rights related to our app
How to request deletion
Send an email to:
Include the following information:
- Your full name and contact email
- The Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp number involved (if known)
- Your Meta user ID or workspace email (for business users)
- A description of the data you want deleted
API deletion callback
For automated Meta data deletion callbacks, our endpoint is:
POST https://aviyar.online/api/data-deletion
This endpoint accepts signed deletion requests and returns a confirmation with a status URL placeholder for tracking.
Expected timeline
Verified deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days. We may contact you to verify identity or clarify the scope of the request.
What is deleted
Upon verified request, we delete or anonymize conversation data, automation configuration tied to your account, access tokens, and workspace data as applicable. Some records may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention.
