These Terms govern use of the Aviyar platform. By using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your business.
Service description
Aviyar provides tools to connect authorized Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp Business accounts to automate replies, manage conversations, and route messages to human agents.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful business messaging purposes.
- Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- Do not send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive content.
- Do not attempt to bypass platform permissions or rate limits.
- Do not use the service to harass, abuse, or violate others' rights.
Customer responsibilities
As a business customer, you are solely responsible for:
- Authorization: connecting only Instagram Professional Accounts, Facebook Pages, and WhatsApp Business Accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and completing Meta/WhatsApp OAuth yourself.
- Opt-in and consent: obtaining and documenting any required end-user consent before messaging, and honoring opt-out requests.
- Lawful messaging: ensuring your messages and automations comply with applicable laws and regulations in your operating regions.
- WhatsApp template compliance: using approved message templates for business-initiated conversations outside the customer service window, and following WhatsApp Business messaging rules.
- Meta Platform policy compliance: complying with the Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Instagram/Messenger platform policies.
- No spam or unauthorized outreach: not sending unsolicited, bulk, or unauthorized messages, and not contacting users who have not opted in where consent is required.
WhatsApp template rules
Outbound WhatsApp messages outside the customer service window must use approved message templates. You are responsible for template content, approval status, and lawful use.
Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorized messaging or messaging without valid opt-in where required
- Sharing access tokens or credentials insecurely
- Reverse engineering or interfering with platform security
- Reselling access in violation of Meta or WhatsApp terms

Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or platform policies. You may stop using the service at any time and request data deletion per our Data Deletion instructions.
